# Instagram mentoring: grow your profile

> I look at your profile and your latest videos, and we build the plan together. It is a direct conversation with me: you message me and I reply.

## What the mentoring includes

- A review of your profile and your latest videos: what is pulling and what is sinking.
- What worked and what did not in my own numbers, so you do not repeat the mistake.
- Which days to post and how often, and how to read views, retention and shares.
- A plan for the next weeks, your way and about your subject.

## My numbers

My profile has 19.3K followers. Between Oct 7 and Nov 7 I published 28 Reels: the median was 33.6K views, 9 passed 100K and 7 did not reach 10K. What I learned from that is in [What my Reels taught me](https://daviandrei.com.br/en/blog/what-my-reels-taught-me).

## How to reach me

On WhatsApp or by e-mail. No form in between.
