Who looks after your data
Davi Andrei, who runs this site. For any request about your data, write to [email protected].
What I collect
- Waiting list: your e-mail, the form you signed up with (top or bottom of the page), what you ticked as interest (course, skills or mentoring, if you tick any) and the date. I send an e-mail asking you to confirm the address: without the confirmation I send nothing else.
- Project request: name, e-mail, company or channel (if you fill it in), the text you write about the video, where it will be published, the deadline and the date.
- Abuse protection: a code generated from your IP address, mixed with the date, to limit repeated submissions. I do not store the IP itself, and the code is deleted within 1 day.
- Click counts: how many times certain buttons were clicked per day (for example, "Request a project" or playing a video). It is just a number, not linked to you.
- Mentoring: if you contact me on WhatsApp or by e-mail, I receive your number or address and whatever you write. I use it only to reply and arrange the mentoring. The conversation stays in WhatsApp or e-mail, which have their own privacy rules.
- Purchases: payment is made on Cakto, which notifies me of the purchase. I keep your name, e-mail, the product, the amount, the order number and the dates. Card or Pix details stay only with Cakto: I do not receive them.
- File delivery: the download link arrives in the purchase e-mail. Each file carries an identification mark tied to your order, in case it is passed on, and I keep how many times the link was used.
- Discord community: if you run the verification command, I store your Discord identifier with the order, to grant access and remove it if there is a refund.
- The scissors character game: an anonymous session counts the clicks on the character, with no name, e-mail or IP.
I do not ask for a phone number or an ID document. The site does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
What I use it for
To e-mail you when the skills, tools and courses open, to decide what to launch first (from the interests ticked) and to answer project requests and the messages you send. I also use purchase data to deliver what you bought, grant access to the community and meet tax obligations. I do not sell or pass on your data.
Where the data is kept
In the database of Cloudflare, which hosts this site. If I send e-mails through a sending service (today, Resend), that service receives your address only to deliver the message. Purchase data also goes through Cakto (payment) and, if you join the community, through Discord.
Visit measurement
I use a Cloudflare statistics tool that counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. I also use PostHog to measure which parts of the site work (pages seen, parts of the page you got to see, important clicks and loading speed on your device), without cookies and without linking the data to you. On some mobile visits (about 1 in 4), PostHog also records the on-screen browsing, like an anonymous video, so I can see where the site gets in the way. In those recordings, everything you type is covered and forms do not show. When a purchase is confirmed, PostHog receives only the product, the amount and the order number, with no name or e-mail. If you do not want to be measured, turn on "Do Not Track" in your browser: the site respects it.
Videos and external links
Videos play right here, from the site itself. The "View on Instagram" links take you to Instagram, which has its own privacy rules.
Your rights
Under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD), you may ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or ask to leave the list, at any time. Just write to the e-mail above. If you prefer, reply to any message I send.
How long I keep it
Waiting list and project requests: until you ask to leave or until they stop being useful, whichever comes first. Purchase records: for as long as the law requires for sales records.
